Judy Guzman

Judy Guzman is the Director of Business Development for Third LEVEL , Ltd.  Judy joins Third LEVEL after an exciting 30-year career as a senior executive and independent consultant in the Market Research industry. Based on her broad business experience, Judy possesses keen insights into the wide range of business challenges and opportunities facing Third LEVEL’s clients.

An expert in both qualitative and quantitative research, Judy has led teams around the world in selling, designing, implementing and delivering some of the largest programs of research in the areas of customer satisfaction and loyalty, branding, awareness and usage, product testing, and opportunity forecasting, for global giants across many industries – but particularly in the areas of Technology, Financial Services, Media, Consumer Products, as well as Industrial Products and Services.

A seasoned consultative sales professional, Judy was Senior Vice President of TNS, one of the world’s largest custom market research firms. During her 20 year tenure with the company, she had corporate responsibilities for client and major account support, managed the US Project Management Organization through major organizational restructuring and process reengineering, and led several major corporate initiatives involving quality, executional efficiency, intra-company global collaboration, travel , and training. She also served on several TNS global committees and task forces in the areas of operational excellence, training, and staff development. She was known to colleagues and clients as a well-rounded entrepreneurial professional proficient at recognizing and cultivating employee and client potential and accomplished at influencing and managing change.

Judy has also been active in the non-profit sector for many years. In addition to sitting on several Boards, her work has included management and research consulting and implementation across many community groups. Upon request, she also stepped into an Interim Executive Director position for a large religious organization effecting a smooth transition to a new leader.

Judy is an honors graduate of Wesleyan University with a B.A. in psychology.
