Jeff Pasquale
Jeff Pasquale is a Leadership Coach who believes everyone is a leader. His mission is “To Reach, Teach, and Inspire Leaders.”
A lifelong learner and a passionate teacher, Jeff has written over 30 articles on Leadership, Personal Improvement, and Organizational Effectiveness. He is author of the book – Coaching LEADERSHIP (If Not You, Who?)
With a successful track record in the corporate and coaching world, Jeff has emerged as a leader in de-mystifying the essential components of being an effective leader. He works exclusively with Leaders – leaders of companies, leaders of departments, leaders of teams, leaders of families.
He held senior management positions with Tropical Shipping (Riviera Beach, Florida) 1986-1995 as their Quality Assurance Director, and with The Martin-Brower Company (distribution company for McDonald’s Corporation) from 1995 to 2001. In both organizations, he successfully established and managed their first Quality Improvement programs and initiatives.
A veteran of the U. S. Air Force, Jeff attended Duluth Business University and the University of Minnesota. He completed his coursework and certification through Coach University.
Jeff is a member of the Rotary Club of West Palm Beach, and is currently the leader of Coaching South Florida – a consortium of regional coaches. He actively collaborates with other expert coaches in developing new tools and better approaches for leaders to benefit from.
His work includes guiding businesses to achieve success on operational and relationship levels, helping leaders learn how to use their power to positively influence every employee in their organization. He works with nonprofit organizations as well as with for-profit businesses.
Corporate clients include: Washington Mutual Bank, McDonald’s Corporation, U. S. Foodservice, Tyco International, Footlocker, North Star Foodservice, University of Miami Online High School, Area Agency on Agency, and the United States Postal Service.
He lives in Boynton Beach, Florida with his wife, Maura.
