What You’ll Learn on Your Journey

The Inspirational Leadership Journey consists of group training sessions and an individual coaching programme. At the beginning and end of the Journey an Emotional Intelligence 360 assessment is conducted as a benchmark for measuring forward progress.

Leadership Journey Individual Coaching

One-to-One Executive Coaching: Each Journey includes a confidential
90- to 120-minute session with every team member that covers:

  • Emotionally Intelligent (EI) behaviour
  • Achieving personal goals
  • Coaching on practical application of tools learned in group business sessions

Emotional Intelligence Coaching: Through EI tools and buttons, this portion
provides a fresh perspective to understanding perceptions, emotions and
habits—and their impact—to enhance individual and team behaviours.

Action Implementation Plan Coaching: Participants construct an action
plan outlining how they plan to implement what they’ve learned in the workplace and their day-to-day activities. Participants also outline business systems and processes they envision changing or altering to help support their development and enhance business results.

Each session is linked to personal, team and organisational outcomes. Participants learn emotionally intelligent ways of thinking, altering their workplace behaviour for maximum productivity and implementing business systems and processes that support their efforts to succeed.
