You know a lot about the ins and outs of your chosen field; you probably stay current on the latest trends in your industry and the developments that will affect you. Some industries require continuous education and training. Many do not. The danger is to become too complacent and fall back on an attitude of, “I’m too busy for that,” or “I learn more working out in the field than I can ever learn in some seminar or from a know-it-all ‘expert’ who makes their money running workshops instead of actually participating in real business.”

While it’s tempting to take the path of least resistance, the truth is, we all need to continuously evolve and learn new things. To create a successful business life and achieve our goals, we need to continue to learn and grow.
We at Third Level are professionals who coach and train professionals. We’re never done learning new skills, acquiring new information or creating new strategies. We find this infinitely exciting!
